A big THANK YOU to John Brink and Steve Matousek for building our NEW KAYAK RACK:

Please keep all paddles, rollers and personal items off the ground. We want to keep this area neat and clean. Until stone is layered underneath the rack (should be shortly) do not use the lowest rack. Raise ladders after use. 

Other Summer projects:

• Pavers along driveways will be replaced 
• Dedicated water line will likely be replaced late June/early July – paperwork was unbelievable!
• Doors to garbage chutes on each floor will be replaced this summer to comply with fire codes
