Summer Greetings…

Hope you all are enjoying the season which is, so far, free of any serious hurricane treats to SW Florida.  Fingers crossed!

We have just completed our Annual Fire Inspection (report attached FYI).  There are a few items that Ken will be addressing over the summer, but we’d like to remind you:

DO NOT PAINT THE MINI-HORNS IN YOUR UNITSYou’ll note on the attached, that in four units, five mini-horns need to be replaced because they were painted, at a cost of $75 each.  Owners will be billed for these repairs.

Ken is doing his usual wonderful job of overseeing CBR…..
